Job Description
As an A&P, you will conduct aircraft maintenance, repairs and upgrades and will assist with overseeing the maintenance operations of our aircraft fleet and customer aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest levels of safety and reliability. Your role involves ensuring safe and efficient maintenance operations, collaborating with other company departments, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct aircraft maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintenance customers.
• Collaborate with other departments, including flight operations, flight school, and aircraft management, to optimize aircraft maintenance processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records o f maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and modifications, in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Coordinate with external maintenance vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
• Stay informed about advancements in aircraft technology, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements, and implement best practices as appropriate.

Requirements

• A&P certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance practices for various types of aircraft.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, including FAA/EASA requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software applications.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements

• Maintain A&P certification through continuing education and recurrent training.
• Be available for occasional on-call and after-hours maintenance needs.
• Pass a background check and a pre-employment background check.
• Comply with company and FAA alcohol and drug policies.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.
